OFFICIAL SANCTIONED TOURNAMENT MEETING PLANNER WINNERS

(Winner slots are non-transferable.)

ATTENTION: All winners must register with full payment to attend MEETING MASTERS within 30 days of the completion of their tournament win due to the strong response we are expecting for this year's event.

          Meeting Planner winners of The Golfe Sanctioned Golf Tournaments will receive a complimentary room for the nights of

          November 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2008.  If you have a guest in your room, the rate will be an additional $22.00 per night. Your reservation will be made by The Golfe office upon receipt of your Registration form. If you plan to arrive earlier or stay beyond those dates, you are extended the special rate of $126.00 per night ($74.00 per person for double occupancy). Be sure to e-mail info@thegolfe.com so that your itinerary will be correct and we have any additions or changes in writing.

The Golfe MEETING PLANNER MEMBERS

(Non-Winners)

           Meeting Planners that would like to attend and who have not won a Sanctioned Tournament Event will be charged $126.00 a
night.($74.00 per person for double occupany).

           Your reservation will be made by The Golfe office upon reciept of your Registration Form. If you plan to arrive earlier or stay beyond

           those dates, you are extended the special rate of $126.00 per night ($74.00 per person for double occupancy). Be sure to e-mail
info@thegolfe.com so that your itinerary will be correct and we have any additions or changes in writing. Please make your reservation
before October 19, 2008. Pre/post hotel dates for the tournament will be made when we receive a request in writing and are based availability.

10% resort service fee will be placed on each package rate on a nightly basis. This includes complimentary use of the Fitness Center, on-site transportation, tennis courts, beach club, outdoor pools, bicycles, afternoon tea in the Carolina, practice putting greens and driving range. The Resort Service fee also includes gratuities for staff in the dining venues covered by the meal portion of your package, as well as the bell and door staff.  For any Food and Beverage and Spa treatments, not included in the package, a separate 20% Service Charge will be added to your account. Gratuities in addition to the above and for any other resort staff are at the individuals discretion. The nightly package rate and resort service fee are subject to North Carolina sales tax, currently 6.75%. A separte Moore County occupancy tax of 3% is charged on the room portion of the nightly package total, as well as on the room portion of the resort service fee. Both the resort service fee and state and county taxes are subject to change without notice.

         Room Confirmations will be sent out directly by the hotel. Please check the scheduled list of attendees on the website to confirm your registration.

GUESTS

       All registered attendees are eligible to bring a guest. The guest fee will be $300.00 and entitles the guest to all official functions and

       receive appropriate discounts pertaining to the event. Guests are not eligible to play in the MMC.

A 5% discounted airfare will be available to all registered Meeting Planners, Suppliers and Sponsors to Raleigh, NC. Reservations must be made by October 10, 2008. Either call 1-800-433-1790 or visit www.aa.com and identify yourself with the Code # A85N8AQ.   Due to the heavy travel season, it is recommended the you make your reservation immediately so that you can receive your preferred itinerary.

Registered guests are not eligible for discounted airfares.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration and Sponsorship fee refunds will not be available until after October 19, 2008. Prior to that date, registration fees will be refunded only if written notice is recieved by fax, mail or e-mail.
