We reserve the right to collect such information for our own purposes including but not limited to statistical information, updating our Participants on events and opportunities, which the organization offers, and for advertising purposes. We may provide data that is general in nature to third parties; however, that information will not be individually identifiable by Participant. The information you provide will not be supplemented or modified in any way; it will not leave our agent's server other then for archival purposes; and it will be accessible only to our employees and our agent's employees or subcontractors who have need of such access. The server, which contains this information, is secured with a firewall preventing any third party intrusion. Occasionally your mailing information is shared with vendors that offer and can provide benefits for Participants, Members and Attendees at our events.
