All registered attendees are eligible to bring a guest. The guest fee will be $325 and entitles the guest to all official functions to receive appropriate discounts pertaining to the event. Guests are not eligible to play in the MMC or are eligible for the discounted airfare.  All Guests most complete an  Event Registration Form.

A 5% discounted airfare will be available to all registered Meeting Planners, Suppliers and Sponsors to West Palm Beach, FL. Reservations must be made by October 10, 2009. Due to the heavy travel season, it is recommended the you make your reservation immediately so that you can receive your preferred itinerary.
