The newest and most exciting meeting/hospitality industry
Destination Challenge has been established to provide a venue for networking between the members of the DC CVBREPS and their clients in the Washington, DC Metro Area.
Each destination team that registers will be comprised of at least two meeting planning executives that are invited by the team host. Whether you are a golfer or not, you can benefit by joining us for the day. Sponsorship opportunities are available for non-golfers.
The National Golf Club at Tantallon sits so close to the action of the nation’s capitol you’ll feel like an elected representative! But once you’re there, you’ll forget which side of the aisle you favor. Your focus will be on great golf, warm camaraderie, and maybe winning Destination Challenge’s first-ever golf tournament!
This a par-72 course featuring a mature tree-lined layout with bent grass fairways throughout the rolling terrain. Designed by Ted Robinson, the National Golf Club is a classic golf course, challenging you to use every club in your bag — a welcome departure from modern “cookie-cutter” golf courses. On a clear day you can even see the Washington Monument from the elevated tee box on Hole 16!
- DC Satellite Office Reps must register as four-person teams ($600 for the team).
- Each team must consist of a “Supplier” and at least two “Clients”.
- All checks are to be made payable to The Golfe
